Of all of the Oscar nominated pictures of the year, this was the best! It's an inspiring true story and shows the time when "computers" were people and not machines, and then the transition as NASA gets its first machine computer.

This was the best of the Oscar movies that I saw, and I saw them all. This was the only one I enjoyed and would watch again. What a wonderful story about an ignored piece of history. Watch it with your daughters, sisters and nieces.

This movie was a great portrayal of how these African-American women helped in the advancement of space exploration in the shadows of racism. This movie is another reminder of how much we all have to offer regardless of skin color.

What an incredible story of events from just a half a century ago. Great casting and acting, and a story that everyone needs to witness! My family has enjoyed this film many times now!

Proving what we already knew, that women are SMART and never given the credit they deserve. I will watch this with every gilr and woman I can find. Maybe at the local Girl's Club. too. The only Oscar movie that made us feel GOOD.

I highly highly recommend this movie! It not only tells a great story, but will motivate you to go and do something productive. Great for kids to see the impact of science on our lives and what one person can do to beat the odds.

A true story of three African American women who were instrumental in getting John Glenn in space. The only minor fault I can find with this film is the way these women were treated had to be far worse than the movie portrayed.

I didn't know that it was a true story about real people. This story was great. It took a lot of people to get us into space in the 60's and this showed how some people didn't care about gender or skin color to get the job done.

I'm a space exploration advocate having grown up during the time when this story took place. I am amazed at the brilliant minds that worked on the space program at NASA. This is an exceptional movie in my mind. Very enjoyable!

I didn't know the story behind this space launch. I wasn't born yet when this happened. Quite an eye-opener! It was educational, inspiring and moving! Glad to own the 4K release of the film! Well-deserved accolades of the film!

I like so many people was not aware of this part of history. I did not know much about the space program and what went through to get a man in space. This movie will open your eyes, and keep you informed for the entire 2 hours.

I found myself cheering the characters on each time they reached new personal goals. I'm always glad to see that white people aren't always placed in a negative role in order to show a minority in the quality role they deserve.

Awesome movie, media and packaging excellent. A very moving and heartfelt movie, and I applaud NASA for their part in advancing African-American women in the sciences within the space program. One of Taraji Henson's best roles!

This film is so empowering to woman and an eye opener and how irritating it is when people only see skin color. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

This movie is excellent - all actors/actresses are superb and the story (true) is so uplifting to see acted out on screen after all these years. The PRICE is very reasonable at BEST BUY and lower than at other stores

I purchased this as a gift for my wife but my daughter loved it as much as my wife. It tells a story that went untold for far too long. Humorous moments and a lively soundtrack helped make this one of the best films of 2016.

A great example of our human ability to not be let at a standstill. To always keep on fighting and be the strong people that we are... whatever color we are. As humans we can be great! All star female cast. Excellent!

This a great movie about three amazing women and their work during the space race of the 60's. I'm so glad that this story was finally told and was portrayed by three hugely talented actresses. In my opinion, its a must see!

Everyone should have this movie in their collection. It shows that no matter what background someone comes from he or she can achieve with a little grit even in a very prejudice world concerning skin color and religion, etc.
