Feel Good Period Drama with lots of humor included! Received multiple Oscar nominations,and was based on a true story!

A true story that no one ever knew. Uplifting, inspiring, and totally informative. I have watched this movie repeatedly.

I saw it in the theater but this one's a keeper. Didn't realize how bad segregation still was at that time in the south.

Awesome sound and picture with this 4k dvd. Plays well in my 4k dvd player and also comes with a digital download.

While the story is wrapped up rather neatly by the end it is still one of the most entertaining and inspiring movies to come along recently. It's a serious story that is told with plenty of humor. The trio of actresses at the center of the movie are all fantastic. Is there something Janelle Monae can't do?
