Tidal service has a good amount of song selection. Sometimes the app gets hang up and takes a long time to load. For the price it is okay.

Usefull just needed to renew nothing special just what it is

Annoyed I can’t cancel this subscription that I Never wanted I don’t even use it. Best Buy can’t help me Cancel they say call tidal but I can’t even get through to them. Smh just jet Spotify

Be aware of these subscriptions when you purchase items from best buy..they automatically sign you up and then out of the blue your entire life get flipped upside dwn...was not expecting a bill since I did pay off my bestbuy credit card bill less than a month after my headset purchase ($300), well, I was sent to collections for a stupid 19.99 subscription I didnt activate and 3 mths later took a hit on my credit, card balance dropped, and 30something drop credit score later..I was not able to refinance my mortgage- bestbuy said they would make it right, LIARS!!

Loved Tidal while it was apart of Best Buy before they discontinued the product.

Love the variety of music available. Like how when an album finishes it continues with music and other artists of the same genre. Can be costly for retired people on fix incomes.

Best buy will automatically enroll you in this subscription. 3 months after buying a Bluetooth speaker, BAM, you start seeing charges pop up on your credit card. I never even knew I was enrolled in this and never used it. Best buy customer service is not available on weekends either. What a crock .. will definitely question buying things from best buy again.. maybe use a prepaid credit card if you have to buy something from the them online... Will most likely dispute the charges. Very annoying!

Never used it. Didn’t even know I was automatically subscribed to it just buy making a purchase at a store and they ended up charging me for something I didn’t even know I had, want or asked for.

This is the best streaming app ever! If you are a headphone junkie or music enthusiast, you have to have this!

I purchased JBL Sound Blocking Headphones for my special needs. son. We don't stream, have play lists, listen to music etc on this device. Without reading the small print, I was not aware that you were automatically signed up for Tidal Music streaming for three months. And then after that you get a bill on your Best Buy credit card. WHAT??? I had NO idea about this and was furious that JBL/Tidal just 'assume' everyone wants this. After blasting Best Buy and JBL, I received my money back on the automatic registration. I will make sure to ask questions on 'free streaming' prior to any electronic purchase. Buyer beware on this stuff...

I never took advantage of this subscription. Honestly I never downloaded it. It was a free trial subscription so if nothing else I appreciate Tidal allowing the shopping to trial test this premium subscription.

It was ok. Could not find a few songs that I really like

I will never subscribed a tidal again I got charged six months that I didn’t even get to use because I canceled with Tidal And I didn’t say I had to call Best Buy and canceled there as well
