I never listened to this and never ordered it and Best Buy has been fraudulently charging me for this for a year. I recommend staying away from Best Buy under all circumstances and and wouldn’t order such music because I can’t hear even with her hearing aid and I avoid new technology. I recommend that Tidal disassociate itself from Best Buy or you will get continual well founded complaints. I gave this one star because I can’t give less.

recently found out i have unauthorized transaction from bestbuy in-store purchase from a MI. too bad i cannot put this to use as im not a new user, and i dont want a monthly subscription of $9.99 that i cannot cancel from the best buy website. i dont want the trial version and i certainly dont want monthly subscription. i have now contacted my bank for a new debit card. but i also need best buy to sort this out on their end.

I’m having the same problem everyone else is. This came as an automatic free trial with a pair of headphones I bought. When I received the email that my free trial was up I cancelled the membership and now this is the second month I’ve been charged for this even though I’ve never downloaded it or signed up for it or activated it. I have disputed this twice now!!

Total rip off. This was offered as a free trial. I never used Tidal and cancelled prior to the required cancel by date. Imagine my surprise when I saw the charge on my credit statement. When I spoke to a rep at BB I was told the charge would stand and that I did not cancel Tidal. Lesson learned no more free trial and be cautious of dealing with BB.

They have a lot of music. I'm really happy to find all my 80's favorites, along with my current fav's: Stone Broken, Blacktop Mojo, and Sons of Texas, to only name a few. Keep it up!
