Tidal songs are mostly in Hi-Fi sound quality. With the high end sound system in my room, the clarity of sounds and instruments always provide an elevated enjoyment and experience

Note: I did not use this service. My issue is I did not know I even had this subcription until my card was charged regardless of me activating this service, for people who dont monitor their card closely- this could result in being charged every month without even knowing.

Purchased 3-month service on a deal of the day offer for 99cents. Terrible idea. I canceled the service before the end of the billing period and kept getting charged every month until I had to call my Credit Card company.

Did not sign up for this, but get charged monthly. When trying to sign in to Tidal on their site to cancel it, it says that my email is not valid, but it is the same email that gets the receipt…

I wasn't expecting to continue with the subscription after my free trial, but I really like tidal and think I am going to keep it for a while.

I was always that person that wanted the physical copy of my cds but Tidal is the best thing!! I create my playlist, download them, share songs and listen to newly released albums the day they are released and I never have to pay anything extra.

My 3 months free trial period did not work and geeksquad transfered me from one person to another, to another, and no one had a way to fix the issue. I canceled my subscription
