    The product sells itself i wanted to comment on the outstanding customer service, I had questions on what was being sold (high capacity vs standard) and the rep spent the time researching to make sure i was getting what i was asking for. The North Colorado Spring has again, really stepped up their game.

    This is the battery you need for the Phantom 4 or 4 pro, but please read the instructions for using this battery in you phantom instructions, you could possibly receive a defect, like I did.

    I needed a backup battery for commercial use of my drone. This battery has served that use perfectly. I've used it a lot over the past year or so and it has no notable degradation. I would recommend this if you need additional batteries for your Phantom 4 Pro.

    Depending on how long the battery has been on the self it might of become 100% drained and will not be able to be charged. If you press the button and no lights come on switch/return the battery. This is a known issue with batterys that sit to long.
