Hassle, gets hot and won’t remove from drone.

We googled it afterwards and this is a common problem with the battery/drone. There’s a hack available where you can ‘oil’ the battery before putting it in but we haven’t done it yet. For the price and life expectancy of this battery, it’s kind of a hassle.

Work kept me too busy to fly my drone. When I finally found the time, the battery did not charge period. No green lights-Nothing. Drone however is great!. I would rate the DJI phantom 4 Pro 5 stars! I'm sure I just got a Friday battery. It happens sometimes...

Posted .Sorry you had poor flight times with your battery. If you aren't getting at least 20 minutes of flight time even with fairly aggressive flight, you may have a faulty product. This high capacity should have no issue getting you at least 20-25 minutes and up to 30 in windless conditions and slight forward movement.
new battery is not charging

I haven't got the time to open and use them because I was working. When I opened them the other day, I charged the remote and the batteries, but the free battery wasn't charging, not working, it won't open.

Battery malfunctioned mid flight and caused the drone to crashed. DJI didn’t want to cover the damage because I bought the battery from a third party and not directly through them.

The batteries sometimes discharge to a point below where they can be charged again. Batteries need to be charged routinely in order to maintain their life. This is the nature of lithium batteries.
