Posted .Hey Warmoor. Sorry you had an unfortunate experience. Thanks for sharing it. It is important that you ensure your batteries stary around 50% any time it's not in use. It's built in to the hardware, but long periods of time may lead to the power level dropping.

Nothing worse than finding the perfect spot, setup, launch, and then the low battery warning comes on. Why wait an hour to get the bird back in the sky when additional batteries are available? This is the exact item # of the battery that came with my Phantom 4 Pro.

I am astonished at the poor quality these DJI batteries are. Less than 10 uses and we have another unbalanced cell in a crazy expensive, useless battery that is supposed to have incorporated technology to keep this very thing from happening. You charge outrageous prices and force us to use YOUR chargers to make sure the batteries are "properly" charged yet these batteries fail faster than I go through props. Are you kidding me DJI? This last battery cost me $20 EACH USE!!!!

They don't stand behind their products. Good luck playing roulette on their batteries!
