It was the customer service regarding delivery that left a lot to be desired. We purchased the TV in July of 2025 and made the delivery date for 3 weeks so we had time to get rid of our other tv, make room for this one, and take the day off work so I had a 12 hour window that was required for delivery. The day before the delivery date I get an email to set my appointment. Thinking this was to set the 4 hour window, I clicked on the link and it told me to set the date of delivery for 2 weeks later. Thinking this was an error, I called customer service. Turns out they did not have the TV and would require a later date. I took off work, sold my old TV and Best Buy’s delivery didn’t even have the common courtesy to call and let me know. They could have called at any point in the 3 weeks prior. Why could they not just pick u the phone and call? I am an understanding person and I realize that this is first world problems. But I did have to take off work and we went without a TV for two weeks and I had to take an additional day off just for the delivery. Communication is vital in customer service and Best Buy is lacking.

You find yourself trying to adjust the picture settings to make it look decent but it doesn’t work. The upscale hardware is not goo. Positives are the sound, size and 4k pictures but regular HD cable or source that isn’t 4k it’s not good.

However, the upscaling procedure doesn't transform a lower resolution into a higher one; it's more of an approximation. Consequently, an image upscaled to fit the pixel count of a TV screen won't resemble an image originally filmed in 4K.
