    For a Qled model, this 100" smart TV doesnt seem too great. It's just ok to my opinion. I bought this as an Open Box but it said its in EXCELLENT condition. But it has 2 scratches at the bottom side of the frame of the TV. I was disappointed. This warrants some form of credit voucher or something.

    TV is FINE, but the delivery and install process was a disaster, due mostly due to what seems to be to be false statements from the Best Buy people I talked to when purchasing, and an apparent practice of setting up install/mounting appointments without actually knowing if they will have people available to do the job.... LOVE THE TV, but next time I would buy it somewhere else
