Horrible Service

I am having a ongoing issue when you turn the tv on,it sporadically will change inputs. 1. Called customer service and trying to get a real live person is very difficult. If you are lucky enough to finally speak with someone, they are not very knowledgeable. 2. A week later and several hours dealing with this I'm told a Tier 2 will call me sometime within 24 hours. If you miss the call,that is YOUR problem. 3. Tier 2 called me only to ask for proof of purchase and exactly what was my problem because the previous person wasn't cery clear on the message they submitted. 4. Tier 2 calls me back and said they have a solution. Then we were disconnected. Hmmm. 5. I called the number back that Tier 2 called me on. 20 minutes later I am talking to a Live person. However, Not sure how Live they are. I explained Everything to him and then put on hold. He finally returns to tell me,Tier 2 will call you sometime. 6. Hurry up and continue to wait..... 7 through infinity. Horrible Support.

I would give it 5 stars but I'm having an issue with the TV turning off by itself . I already set all the timing settings to off, but am still experiencing this issue. I'm waiting for Hisense to call me back for further evaluation of this issue.
