The worst software ever on a TV

It was great until the recent automatic software update. Now they are both unusable, and we want to get rid of them. Where is the option to undo this downgrade? You would think TV software would be good for the life of the TV, but instead its like Windows, and out of your control. Horrible!

bad experience with the return process

Talked to many people today in customer services and must of them you can't understand. My tv is waiting to get return. Never again. Talked to a manager and didn't get anywhere.

Should've spent the $$$ and bought a Samsung

Make sure you have audio cords purchased and installed BEFORE mounting it, either that or go ahead and spend $$$$ on a wall mount. Because it's nothing convenient about where hisense located them

Absolutely horrific service!

It is now October 2025 and we yet have had our TV delivered and installed. Best Buy continues to confirm our deliver and within 10hours before delivery I get a text message telling us to reschedule.

Love the TV Price Match not so much

The BB was delivered and at unboxing came with a bad screen. Was going to replace but the BB+ representative stated I would have to physically return a 100inch TV if price lowered to price match. So went with a big box store that had a 5 year warranty included. I'm very happy with the TV however, BB price match policy needs tweaking. The install included option was a great value but if you have or want an articulated mount they will not install it if you have metal studs.

Stay away from bestbuy

However if u choose to buy stay away from bestbuy. The purchase process was a nightmare from the sales rep to the delivery and everything in between And if u “god forbid” need to call CC make sure u have google translate And dont believe anything u r told they bunch of liars

Buy for 4k programming only!

Good for watching blu ray and other 4k quality stuff but anything 720p or below looks like something from the 1980s! Recommendation only for 4k, otherwise seek an OLED!

However, the upscaling procedure doesn't transform a lower resolution into a higher one; it's more of an approximation. Consequently, an image upscaled to fit the pixel count of a TV screen won't resemble an image originally filmed in 4K. Decent TV, home is left w/ damage during delivery!

Geek Squad technicians damaged our ceiling fan during unboxing of the TV. Was told someone will be in touch for the claim, after 3 emails to BestBuy’s insurance, Sedgwick, no response and our home is left with an unsafe ceiling fan in the middle of the summer when it’s badly needed. I cannot recommend! Fail! F-!

Flickering Screen

Technician and I both noted flickering on the bottom left side of the screen. Best Buy is out of stock and the return window is only 14 days. Hisense wont disclose it's stock. Will update review with how Hisense handles the issue.

Good Deal, Not So Good Product!

However, I must say I am very disappointed in the picture quality, and subsequently this purchase. I actually considered returning it to pick up the Samsung equivalent however I was slow in making that decision hence missed out on the return window.

Frequent Sound Issues

It happens without a pattern and frequently. It makes everything unwatchable. It is very frustrating for such an expensive purchase. Factory reset may fix it or unplugging it may fix it for a short time, but the issue comes back.

Installation Team Never Showed

Install team didn't show or call! I called customer service and stopped by the store to cancel my order for lack of simple common courtesy. The team at the store was excellent and provided a possible excuse (someone may have gotten sick) but he wasn't sure because nothing was annotated in the system.
