    Flickering Screen

    Had this installed Jan 31, 2024. Technician and I both noted flickering on the bottom left side of the screen. Best Buy is out of stock and the return window is only 14 days. Hisense wont disclose it's stock. Will update review with how Hisense handles the issue.

    Decent TV, home is left w/ damage during delivery!

    TV works great, delivery and install was poor. Geek Squad technicians damaged our ceiling fan during unboxing of the TV. Was told someone will be in touch for the claim, after 3 emails to BestBuy’s insurance, Sedgwick, no response and our home is left with an unsafe ceiling fan in the middle of the summer when it’s badly needed. I cannot recommend! Fail! F-!

    We bought this 100” TV in November 2024. It is now October 2025 and we yet have had our TV delivered and installed. Best Buy continues to confirm our deliver and within 10hours before delivery I get a text message telling us to reschedule.

    Good Deal, Not So Good Product!

    For the price, which included wall mounting, it was not a bad deal. However, I must say I am very disappointed in the picture quality, and subsequently this purchase. I actually considered returning it to pick up the Samsung equivalent however I was slow in making that decision hence missed out on the return window.

    Frequent Sound Issues

    The TV is almost great, however, there is an issue where the sound keeps going out for 1/2 second or more. It happens without a pattern and frequently. It makes everything unwatchable. It is very frustrating for such an expensive purchase. Factory reset may fix it or unplugging it may fix it for a short time, but the issue comes back.

    Installation Team Never Showed

    I had an install scheduled for sometime between 3-7 PM. Install team didn't show or call! I called customer service and stopped by the store to cancel my order for lack of simple common courtesy. The team at the store was excellent and provided a possible excuse (someone may have gotten sick) but he wasn't sure because nothing was annotated in the system.

    Fantastic TV!!

    My initial impressions were that the TV was solidly built with excellent fit and finish. The installation went smoothly and quickly. The picture was surprisingly good. I have a Samsung 85QN90B, and the picture quality is about the same on most material. Unless you have them side by side, it’s a judgement call. However, the 100 inch screen on the Hisense is a sight to behold! The blacks are black, the colors are brilliant. The light output is extremely satisfactory in HDR. The google OS is extremely fast on this set. I also have a Hisense 55U6K, and the 100U76N is lightsaber quick at loading apps compared to the 55U76N. It’s late generation Firestick fast.     My tv went out the day before thanksgiving and I’m still waiting for someone to come out and fix it and I haven’t even had the tv 30 days so it sucks right now

    This is not about the TV I purchased. This is about Geek squad. 2 week initial delivery date. Snow storm canceled. So my next available date was 1 month later. Still waiting. It will be 6 weeks waiting.

    In addition to its massive size, the U76N has a 144Hz native refresh rate, FreeSync Premium Pro, Filmmaker Mode, IMAX Enhanced, Dolby Vision IQ, and Dolby Atmos. On the connectivity side, the U76N has four HDMI 2.1 ports (two of which can support 4K at 144Hz), Wi-Fi 6e, Apple AirPlay, Google Chromecast built-in, and it’s compatible with WiSA’s SoundSend technology if you want to connect the TV wirelessly to WiSA-compatible speakers.     User Interface could be much better. Hdmi ports often lost connection and is annoying. We tried several brand of hdmi cables and some of the ports just “loose”. Pictures quality is very good though, for the price per inch, you cannot beat 2k for 100”
