    6 weeks for Delivery and Install is Unsat.

    This Review is More Towards Best Buy Customer Service Than The Item. I Purchased This item on Nov. 29th 2024. Opted for the Delivery and Install which I waited 3 weeks for. On the morning of the schedule installation I received a call stating its been canceled due to item delayed. 21 days. If I was to purchase the item today online shows delivery 2 days from today. 21 days , I took the day off from work and hosting an event counting on the delivery of this TV. Best buy solution is wait another 3 weeks to schedule the install and delivery for Jan. 4th. Very disappointed. No customer service supervisor available that can override any logistics or compensate the delay, for customer satisfaction. Don't opt in for delivery and install if you have an event you might get disappointed by best buy.

    They dont support there customers at all.

    Hisense has the worst customer service they will never answer your request for service.Do not buy from them it might be cheaper but thats what you will get in return if you ever have any issues. Good luck getting any type of resspone they truly dont care once the sale is done.

    Hi, I’m a total tech member going on 2+ years. I went to Best Buy store in West Little Rock, Arkansas to view a hisense 100 u76 tv, That was listed on their website, showing that it could be viewed at that store. I drove a great distance to view this only to find out that it was not on display gas is not cheap. And time you can’t get back . So I called customer service and told them how I felt that I made the drive and the TV wasn’t there. I wanted to be compensated for wasting time. customer service would not do it but they did apologize for my inconvenience. I pay over $200 a year for total tech services that I will be canceling when my renewal comes up. I would have took a five dollar gift card because something is better than nothing, but that shows you, how much they care Larry
