Great quality tv excellent picture easy to install me and my wife hung it

I really like this tv. I’m still learning it as I have been out of town a lot since I got it. I wanted a TV large enough that I could see the ball game score from the kitchen. Kitchen from the living room wall where the tv is is 21’. Mission accomplished!

It's just a regular-huge TV. Nothing special about it other than the audio and processor; the audio stands out over a regular TV's in both quality and volume & the processor is quick, unlike other TV's that lag when browsing around streaming apps. I'm really just keeping it for the "wow" effect it causes on my guests, but I do admit it's a high price to pay for vanity. We can call that my guilty pleasure.

Install and set up went smooth as butter! Great picture and features! The backlit remote was a plus.

I've had this TV for nearly a month and it's been Awesome! Nothing better in this size for the money or at twice the price!

Horrible experience and product. There was a sound issue (after reading reviews appears to be common) that had to get fixed. The sound would sporadically cut in and out which made watching anything really annoying. When contacting Best Buy in the first week of having the product they stated I had to resolve via the manufacturer. Once that was fixed, there was then an issue with the panel display that had a line running across the entire screen. Hisense customer service was really difficult to deal with, I talked to a few representatives that all said different things about the same issue. The end plan was to send someone out to destroy the TV and panel. Once completed, they would let me know if they had stock or if they would issue me a refund. I couldn’t get an answer if they had any stock in advance of scheduling the appointment which was so frustrating. How can the manufacturer not confirm if they have stock of an item? The end result was confirming 2 days later via text that they would mail me a refund check in 2-4 weeks. I called again, they wouldn’t help me find any comparable product or offer a different refund path to expedite. The finale of this experience is that I was left to dispose of the broken TV on my own. For reference, it’s huge and weighs a lot. I wouldn’t recommend any Hisense product based on the many interactions I had with them or quality of the TV I purchased.

Overall, TV's excellent had for 3 months. No issues, no glitches, super bright screen, very easy to use a must for a big living room.

Took delivery of this big tv yesterday so far I’m impressed it was delivered and mounted to the wall for free. This tv is great for gaming and just normal day to day use. Will update if any changes so far good tv. Would recommend

Tv is nice. Geek squad installation. Tvs arent 100% level but close.

TV is already broken Just got installed at 12:00pm January 31, 2024 Was on youtube Try to change the video and then the screen Was flashing Grey blackish color turned it off reset it and still same result just a gray screen you can kind of see the outline of the icons but no picture But hey at least the remote is backlit why do I have to wait till February 7 for a geek squad employee To come out and obviously see the TV is broken i’m pretty sure it will be sold out by then i’m not one to make Reviews but this is Absolutely ridiculous to have a TV break this easy Most likely software related No hate to the geek squad employees that installed it they were awesome
