I recently purchased this soundbar to accompany my Hisense U8 TV, and I've had mixed feelings about the decision. While the soundbar certainly delivers in terms of volume and bass presence, it lacks the control over sound quality. The soundbar comes equipped with several preset modes, yet none seem to satisfy my auditory preferences. The primary issue lies in the crossover settings for the subwoofer, which I find to be set too low, while the cutoff appears high. This results in a noticeable void in the lower mid-range frequencies, leading to an awkward listening experience. The bass, although punchy, tends to dominate within its narrow frequency range, often overwhelming rather than complementing the overall sound profile. The only workaround I've found to mitigate this overpowering bass is to reduce its volume, but this feels more like a compromise than a solution. In this case, the absence of discreet equalizer options and a subwoofer crossover adjustment has been a significant drawback. It's disappointing that users are not provided with the means to fine-tune the audio to their liking, especially given the potential of the hardware. In conclusion, if you're considering this soundbar for its ability to get loud and deliver strong bass, it certainly meets those criteria. However, for audiophiles or those particular about their soundscapes, the lack of customization options might be a dealbreaker. I find myself wishing for a more adaptable sound system that allows for a personalized audio experience.

The red light on this soundbar stays on after the power is off. No customer service. This started happening 6 months after purchase. Also the bass is too heavy.

I wanted a soundbar for my 55 inch TV in my bedroom. I didn’t want to break the bank. I did some research and decided on the Hisense 3.1.2 Atmos soundbar. I’m Glad I did. I have a vaulted ceiling so the ATMOS isn’t perfect. But the sound quality is better than I expected. I would recommend it. Highly satisfied.

This is a good budget soundbar giving you enough base and clearer voices to enhance your movie and gaming experience.

in replacing our old Samsung TV with a new Hisense, we also decided to get a sound bar for this one. We got rid of our old complete suround system with all the speakers and wiring for the bar. this turned out to be a good decision. Sound is good and a whole lot less complicated. I have an issue with the sound matching the picture events and talking, but not sure where that issue resides. Would I recommend a sound bar - Yea

Set this up with my Hisense U8K which already had excellent sound but this soundbar took it to the next level! Blown away by the power and clarity of this soundbar. Great for movies and immersive when gaming! Truly brings Dolby Atmos to life. Highly recommend!

Speakers in TV's today are very poor as the TV's get slimmer. So we need a source that helps with sound quality. This unit fits that bill.

Hisense is an off brand but I have been very impressed with the quality of this sound bar. Excellent sound and features.

Don't shy away from a seller wanting to install any "smart" electronics unless you were born after 1985. The cost prevents much confusion and headaches!!

The bass on the subwoofer is so weak. My JBL Charge 5 has better bass.
