The first one came with a smashed screen. Was horrible to try to exchange at the store never had such bad customer service experience. They only had one open box to exchange it with. Got it home and I have to reboot the system of the tv each day in order for the volume to work. The picture quality is good. But wouldn’t recommend buying it! I don’t often buy from Best Buy and this experience has definitely shown me not to. Bad experience altogether.

It was too much hassle to try and side load 3rd party apps compared to a FireTv. I'm actually still not sure if you can side load apps? Returned for a FireTv of the same size.

I've found it to be very reliable, and to work better for streaming than an Insignia tv that I have. It was a great value also.

The knowledgeable staff was helpful at the Avon, IN location. The order was shipped and received on time. The setup was easy.
