I find that i have to unplug the tv and plug it back in so that i can have volume. Im not sure what the issue is but it’s annoying. I guess the price matches the quailty!

We walked in ready to make a purchase, but clearly didn’t meet the “VIP” spending threshold for decent customer service. The moment someone else started eyeing the larger, fancier model, it was like we vanished into thin air. Staff were practically rolling out the red carpet for them, while we stood there like background props in a commercial we weren’t invited to star in. I didn’t realize basic courtesy had a price tag — but now I know! So unless you’re planning to finance a home theater system and want to feel like royalty, maybe look elsewhere. We were brushed off so hard I’m still trying to recover from the windburn.

Great bedroom tv

There wasn't anything I could do to fix it, and believe me, I tried everything the TV had to offer in the sound settings. And because of that, I had to reduce my rating for it. On the other hand, Customer Service was excellent.
