Terrible sound.

It it not as crisp as maybe a mote expensive TV. But it's bright, has vivid colors that I like. But the sound is terrible. I'm replacing my 2012 Samsung 32 inch TV and that one has better sound than this Hisense.

Why do i need an account to use my TV?

You can put it in store mode and not connect it to the internet as a bypass. I had do a factory reset to go back through the setup. You literally cannot use any aspect of the TV if you connect it to the internet and dont create and account an activate it. You cannot change it to an HDMI port of anything. Its useless.

But I still don’t have the TV. I purchased an open box of this item which it said it was available to be shipped so I ordered it with gift cards that I had from another purchase. I am a total member so I figured everything would be fine. Instead, it kept getting delayed delayed delayed, so like two or three weeks after the purchase, I did a chat with a customer support person who who said not to worry, but that it’s on its way and it would be here. Then about a month out I reached out again and was told that it would be re-ordered and it was not a problem and then I would see that order in three days. Not only did I not see the order in three days I didn’t see any activity on my account like the person said. So I finally got frustrated enough to get the customer support phone number and spoke to someone directly who said the only remedy was to refund the money. I wasn’t ensure that 7 to 10 days that money would be refunded to my debit card which only paid a portion of it because most of it was paid for would get certificates. As of today about six weeks later I have no TV I have no refund. I have no gift certificates. I suggested the remedy of me just applying that amount to a new TV and me paying the difference to which I was told that would be a scenario that wouldn’t work.
