    This is not a review about the TV, the TV which I’ve owned this brand before works fine. But I still don’t have the TV. I purchased an open box of this item which it said it was available to be shipped so I ordered it with gift cards that I had from another purchase. I am a total member so I figured everything would be fine. Instead, it kept getting delayed delayed delayed, so like two or three weeks after the purchase, I did a chat with a customer support person who who said not to worry, but that it’s on its way and it would be here. Then about a month out I reached out again and was told that it would be re-ordered and it was not a problem and then I would see that order in three days. Not only did I not see the order in three days I didn’t see any activity on my account like the person said. So I finally got frustrated enough to get the customer support phone number and spoke to someone directly who said the only remedy was to refund the money. I wasn’t ensure that 7 to 10 days that money would be refunded to my debit card which only paid a portion of it because most of it was paid for would get certificates. As of today about six weeks later I have no TV I have no refund. I have no gift certificates. I suggested the remedy of me just applying that amount to a new TV and me paying the difference to which I was told that would be a scenario that wouldn’t work.

    The TV looks in good shape and it doesn't weight much so the setup was easy but the legs are very loose the screws just won't go in anymore I don't think it's a sturdy TV.

    This Roku TV has pretty basic features, nothing too special, but it works for what i needed it for. Just wished it would let me change the tv color and brightness, blacklight settings on it, especially when it's a 1080P tv.

    When you turn this on or return to the home screen, you get forced a near full screen advertisement. It has a small ‘close’ option but because the tv is so slow to respond to the remote input, you can’t really do anything but take it. I hate this thing & will no longer buy a Roku branded anything.
