    You advertised that this had voice assit on a Roku YTV and there was none on the Roku remote really not a good start

    Beware Buying "Open Box"

    I bought an open box TV in "Excellent" condition. According to Best Buy website, "Excellent" is supposed to have all parts and accessories, no visible scratches or scuffs, original packaging or equivalent. The TV arrived loose in the cardboard box with no packing material to protect it. It was missing the feet and obviously had been used. It did work, so I was willing to keep it, but it would have been nice if Best Buy could have given me a partial refund to compensate for the poor condition, but they said they were unable to unless I returned it for a new one within the return window.

    I dont like when it cuts off after periods of inactivity. I think i ran across a way to turn that function off in the directions. I will have to research.

    Sound is very good. Picture brightness on best level looks like a cloudy afternoon, so it detracts from the quality of the tv viewing experience.

    Disconnects from the internet. Called manufacturer still under warranty they just all you to do an update unplug And don’t fix the problem. My WiFi signal is strong full bars . I have to manually connect to the internet daily and it’s annoying . I won’t buy this TV again .

    Number 1 - I cannot get a sharp picture on it that matched the old Samsung 32 inch TV that I had to replace. Number 2 - I have Dish satelite and when I fast forward a recorded show and then back up a couple of clicks it sometimes loses sound and I have a very hard time ever getting the sound back on a channel or the recording.
