Very Nice 32" Smart TV

First, I'm blown away by the prices...$99 for a 32" smart TV. The screen images is amazing. It is very sharp, colors are very vibrant, and screen brightness is exceptional...no shadows or dark zones. The TV was very easy to setup, attach it to my home network, add our roof intenna (yes) and get it up and running. The remote control functions very well. The only task I still mastering is simply navigating around between so many options and creating the efficiency for my use patterns. There were alot of affordable options to pick from, but the image on display was my deciding reason. So, it was somewhat a random selection. But at this point I have no issues that I can see my way to improvement in this class of TV. I would buy it again and recommend it for strong consideration.

Thought it would be a good TV but it's a great. Clear picture & strong colors are impressive. The built in Roku system is super easy to use. Highly recommend.

Where’s the sound?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the HD TV, the picture is great! However sometimes when I use rewind and fast forward the sound track gets lost! I have to unplug it and plug it back in to restore the sound! Pain in the butt!

It only lasted 2 months before it stopped turning on altogether. A repair tech from ITI TV Repair came to my home for warranty service and damaged the TV while replacing parts using a power drill. Now Hisense won't cover the repairs to the damage the tech made because damages aren't covered under warranty. I've filed a police report about the damage and am waiting for an appeal to be reviewed by their customer support management. My next step is small claims court, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's already a class action lawsuit about the quality of these TVs. If you search about the TV turning off or not powering on, there are a TON of videos and blogs about it. On the Hisense customer support phone tree, they even have automated troubleshooting steps, so it's clearly a known issue. When I bought it, I thought "how bad could it be?" So bad. It can be SO bad.

No LAN / Ethernet Port

I attached a picture of the picture from the website, and an actual picture of the TV received. The overall TV is good quality and functions no problem. But when something is advertised and I don't receive the product as intended, this is false advertising and wastes everybody's time.
