    Where’s the sound?

    I love the HD TV, the picture is great! However sometimes when I use rewind and fast forward the sound track gets lost! I have to unplug it and plug it back in to restore the sound! Pain in the butt!

    Within a week, it was powering off randomly. It only lasted 2 months before it stopped turning on altogether. A repair tech from ITI TV Repair came to my home for warranty service and damaged the TV while replacing parts using a power drill. Now Hisense won't cover the repairs to the damage the tech made because damages aren't covered under warranty. I've filed a police report about the damage and am waiting for an appeal to be reviewed by their customer support management. My next step is small claims court, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's already a class action lawsuit about the quality of these TVs. If you search about the TV turning off or not powering on, there are a TON of videos and blogs about it. On the Hisense customer support phone tree, they even have automated troubleshooting steps, so it's clearly a known issue. When I bought it, I thought "how bad could it be?" So bad. It can be SO bad.

    No LAN / Ethernet Port

    The TV does not have an ethernet port, even though the picture on the website shows that it in fact does. I attached a picture of the picture from the website, and an actual picture of the TV received. The overall TV is good quality and functions no problem. But when something is advertised and I don't receive the product as intended, this is false advertising and wastes everybody's time.

    Video game consoles are unplayable

    Game mode stutters and is unplayable. Roku is aware of the issue but hasn't fixed it since 2022. I'm not sure if it's just happening with this model TV or all Rokus. If you plan on hooking up to a video game console stay away. Will be returning.
