Cheap "Monitor"

False advertisement

I got it because it could be adapted ti use blutooth to use headphones. There is no blutooth option where it says it is. Updating does nothing. If something costs $10 more, trust me, spend the $10

So far, good

The previous one only lasted just shy of 2 years. That being said, I do not recommend Insignia brand TV. I just hope this one last longer. So far it is a better TV. It does not take as longer to come on. Average. As far as recommending this TV, there is not a box for "check with me in 2 years".

Lied incorrect info

I was looking for a tv that I could hard wire my internet connection to. Both assured I could - the rep in the store and the online response. I ordered the tv and come to find out it cannot be hard wired. I reposted the question and the tech support said it cannot be hard wired and when I pointed out my question from earlier they went in and updated/corrected the answer. I will be returning this tv back. Waste of money and time.

Short Lifespan
