I loved how sleek it looks but it requires another device to be able to connect to Apple devices. And that defeats the whole smart tv feature

Does not work

However the rest of the hardware and software is junk. The bluetooth buffers and breaksdown. Apps like Netflix and Amazon close on their own. The OS is terribly slow. Unfortunately, BB only gives 10day trial period and I was on vacation for most of the time and did not have time to return it, so I am stuck with this TV that I will probably have to throw into the trash can and purchase another TV from a more trustworthy brand.

DO NOT BUY!

I use it as a monitor and it will decide on its own to change screens or just black out for no reason. Then it takes me about 30 minutes to get back to the source menu if I am able to at all. This is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever bought!!!

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Waste of money !!!

It lags so much, it logs me out of apps such as netflix, hulu, disney plus etc. the sound is so poor I cant really turn it up a lot or it sounds horrible. Takes a very long time and many remote presses to turn on . This is not worth it at all

Don’t Waste Your Time

I found a cracked Samsung in an alley about two years and that works better than this one. Wish I could have had the opportunity to return it.

Don't bother

So I wasn't looking for anything fancy. It's only a single band wifi so it only saw the 2.4G network in the house -if you are streaming it kept buffering and whenever I put it on it had trouble connecting to the network (once i a while it did). Also, the remote is so slow with the TV; navigating was torture; not sure if its the remote or the processor. The last straw was this morning when it couldn't authenticate the network- that was with a soft reset, factory reset and trying to look for software updates. I just brought it back and got the TCL..what a world of difference.

I’ve never had a complaint about a TV until this

I’ve been home much more because of quarantine and I’m just realizing how much i really hate the layout/software of this tv. I also don’t like the remote. It’s uncomfortable in my hand and when you accidentally press the wrong button it takes forever to get back to where you were in the first place. If i could exchange this TV i would!
