Disappointed

Please note - I am not 100% sure it’s the actual TV I am not happy with or my cable service provider. Watching app’s on it are not an issue, but if I’m watching cable then the TV constantly switches to the home page for app’s and I constantly have to change it back. This happens constantly and every single time I watch cable. Honestly, I don’t know if I have everything correct since I’m not the most savvy tech person, but I do know what I’m doing for the most part with technology. The Greek Squad I paid for to have assistance also has never been helpful. There’s great things about this TV, but there’s a ton I am not happy about with it.

You Get What You Pay For

It seems to drop the internet connection whenever the power goes out and is hard to get to reconnect. I got it on a flash sale for cheap but should have paid $75 for a little better set. That said, pucture quality is excellent.

Knows her product, knows her role as an employee! When in doubt she doesn't do what many employees of this company and location do, act like they are checking inventory and then say no we don’t! The young man that was helping me to begin with did just that, looked in the case moved nothing around and said no we don’t have them new or open box. I picked I higher price item got to the counter and Irene had to take over because I was trying to use my reward. Not only did she in just a few moments find exactly what I wanted but she also had a smile on her face the entire time! Dealing with me that is hard! I don’t like dealing with me! Stellar service Irene you won me over!

Has all of the apps i use like Disney+, Netflix, and Spotify. It also has a built in chrome cast so you can use your phone to cast movies, shows, photos, and even your phone screen.

Best place for a good buy and that’s guarantee.

I have noticed it will randomly leave live TV to go to streaming apps page - but it could be operator error at this point. Overall satisfied with the price and features.
