Disappointing Product

Owned less than a year and it’s already been replaced. I experienced the following inconveniences: Hardware - While assembling the tv I discovered several screws were missing, which were needed to properly install the stands. This entire time the tv has been unstable and leaning forward. Software - This was my first and last Hisense and android smart tv. Loading apps took 15 to 30 minutes and my internet was not to blame. After selecting an app, I would be redirected to the Home Screen or a white screen. This piece of junk would often restart without being prompted. The sensors in the remote have to be pointed at an exact spot in order for the task to be registered. Such a headache.
