Don't touch the screen!

The instructions say don't touch the screen; they're not kidding. I must have touched it moving it back in place on the kitchen counter after attaching the ethernet cable. I don't even know the moment when or how I did it, but it's ruined. the screen isn't exactly "broken" but the display now shows the crack and distortion when it's turned on. I guess it's my own fault, but fair warning ... it's VERY fragile. Brand new... headed for the garbage can.

My 1st smart TV-not impressed

The remote is slow to respond.. many times forcing you to start at the home screen again. The bluetooth audio always cuts out to where you have to connect the TV to an aux in for good continuous sound. Everything is slow to respond and the built in wifi connection to a very close router has a lot to be desired. I will be taking to Geek Squad before 1 year warranty is up.

Good tv for the price

I have this mounted in the bedroom of our camper and it was just hat I was looking for. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the brand, but so far so good.

Nice TV

I have no issues with this TV. I’m able to use Netflix and other streaming apps without any problem. I can’t notice any difference in picture quality from my Sony and Samsung TVs.

Affordable for a TV but not good resolution

Incredibly slow

Over 1 year later, I am still dealing with issues. It takes forever for the TV to power up, forever to open any app, and half the time I want to cast to the TV, the TV doesn't appear as an option. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this at any price.

I don’t recommend this tv

It freezes up too much even with rebooting it doesn’t work properly. It takes forever for to load apps. It also eats the remote batteries and I constantly have to change those out. You have to aim the remote straight towards the sensor, can’t be too far away nor at an angle to work.

TV won't connect to 5ghz; Best Buy bad return pol!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After lots of troubleshooting and multiple calls to Hisense, they figured out that this TV will only connect to the 2.4ghz connection on my dual band router and not the 5ghz connection. I have used a ton of different TVs and devices, and this is the 1st one that has this issue. Awful and no way for me to know this prior to purchase. Even still, TV should still stream well, but it does not. Some apps work poorly. The TV loses connection to the internet and I have to turn the WiFi off and on to get it to work again. Just absolutely terrible performance. Once I had figured out this TV wasn't going to work for me, it was past 15 days. Best Buy only does returns within 15 days. Seriously??? That is ridiculously small window of time to figure out issues. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy in the future given this policy. I had an extra Amazon Fire Stick, so I have hooked that up and now things run fine. So it is clear the issue is the OS and network connection of the "smart" features of the Hisense Android TV. Very disappointing. If looking for a similar TV, go with the TCL Roku model or a Samsung. Have had good results with both.

Smart buy for this smart TV
