    I purchased this because it seemed like a good deal. I had to return it because it was glitchy. The volume and power button barely worked. It caused more grief than it was worth.

    This tv is junk absolute trash it takes forever to load anything and it freezes up all the time the sound is crap wish I would have tried it in time to return

    This TV constantly lags. We checked and double checked the batteries and the wifi connection. Even with remote a few inches away and directly in front of the senor there was a 6-10 second delay. Dialouge consistently drowned out by background noise, no sound settings to remedy like on most Smart TVs.

    This TV sucks. Returning it tonight. I only got it to use Android TV but every time you hit a button you have to wait 5 - 45 seconds till it did anything. Stay away from this TV

    Piece of crap lasted about 2 months then dies and best buy wont replace it they tell me i have to go through the manufacture after having it over 14 days

    Bluetooth in a 32" tv... not that easy to find!

    We bought it because my son needed to use his airpods to listen to TV in a dorm and apparently bluetooth still isn't that popular an option on televisions these days, so we ended up with our first hisense product. Picture is fine, wifi and apps work fine, and the Bluetooth works as expected.

    Great TV, perfect picture and user friendly. I gave this 3 stars because after only having this TV for 6 months, the screen is starting to freeze on me and quite often. This just started happening but not sure why.

    720P Never again!

    I wanted a 32" TV to use mainly as a PC monitor & occasional YouTube video watching, and I saw that this was one of my cheapest options. The physical build of the TV is good and video is nice and clear,however alot of the texts are very pixelated! I know that most people only care for the clear picture, but since many videos now have on screen words, I found the pixelation is just not good...I feel in this age of crisp and clear TV's, this should not even be. And I feel Hisense should make even their 32" TV's with very little Screen Bezels like their larger sizes. This one can appear to be bezel less, but it has about a 1/2" on screen bezel that gives this TV older model type feel. And Just wish the 32" sized TV's would also be 4K. I'll never get a 720p TV again just because of the pixelated words can make you feel like your watching TV in 2015.

    NO! Look for something else.

    Terrible. I bought this ONLY BECAUSE IT ADVERTISED BLUETOOTH. I purchased it on Jan 25, 2022. It is now Feb 20, 2022, and the TV still does not work even after several/so so many calls to the company and many emails, and many ticket numbers. The TV is NOT Bluetooth sound. All the phone agents are working from home in countries, not in the USA. You can hear babies crying in the background and all kinds of working from home noises. The company sent me a file to download and asked me to put it on a USB and stick it in the TV to update. This resulted in the TV blinking off and on. I emailed photos, videos, sales receipts and I still have a broken TV. Every time I call they say things like "My ticket has been elevated to the home office." I call a couple of times a week to get an update. Still has not been resolved.
