    I bought this this T.V for my parent's bedroom and so far it has exceeded their expectations. The set comes with smart features but it's is all lost with my parents-they barely know how to use the remote control, all they needed was a simple screen upgrade in their bedroom and so far no complaints.

    We bought this for our boys room. They had an older tv and the graphics weren’t displaying correctly for their video games. This TV has a great refresh rate and the graphics look fantastic. It’s also cool they can use their phone as a remote and they can watch all the apps without any additional hardware.

    Bought to for family. When you completely unlock it you can put anything u want in it. Unlock is a little but different the some android devices but if your advanced in these features it is simple navigation. After unlocked there is no need for cable. You have fast internet, tgen all tv is free

    I purchased this tv back in Dec of 2019 as a Christmas gift to my grandparents. They received the tv and went to set it up but couldn't because the remote's buttons wouldn't work. Hisense was contacted and sent out a replacement remote only for that one to not work either. Hisense was contacted again and sent out a part for the actual tv and later sent out a tech to install it. I randomly asked my grandparents how the tv had been doing and was told they had it sitting in the closet because it still hadn't been working once the tech came. I picked up the tv myself and took it home to see what was wrong only to run into the same problems. TVs remote was only powering on/off tv and changing the volume. (The remote accidentally picked up on my living room's LG tv and every button was working that tv just fine). Called Hisense AGAIN (1st rep didn't ask for any of my info, didn't do any "trouble shooting" immediately jumped to sending out a replacement remote after I'm thinking that can't be the issue). Somehow the call dropped *rolls eyes* so I called right back for the (2nd rep who asked for info, did troubleshooting, and told me it was not the remote, it's the tv not responding to the remote then she stated the tv was out of warranty and that repairs would have to be completed by an outside tech and told me to have a good day with no sympathy at all!) Talk about customer service!!!! So now I'm stuck with a tv that was NEVER able to even be set up from the first place. Complete waste of money! I've purchased all 3 of my LG tvs from best buy and knock on wood....several years later I've never had issues. I will never purchase from Hisense again!

    This is a big tablet basically. The only thing that was annoying was when I tried to log into HBOnow it never would ask for a log in so that was disappointing. Other than that it works like a monitor or tablet, you can stream to it or it can stream from the wifi

    Worse TV I’ve ever owned. The sound is terrible; it fluctuates between soft and loud. Static is like listening to an old radio. It’s extremely SLOW! The remote control has well known issues. Look it up. Far too many buttons on it and you can’t use sense of touch to tell if it’s right side up. Lastly, there’s the search that keeps pooping up and it’s difficult to get out. Your show/movie will still play while you’re stuck in this stupid search menu.

    Very slow response time in navigating on the TV for smart features. Good enough for the sale price paid. Sound and video are fine. Also the AndroidTV OS is not intuitive to navigate either.

    Bought this for the bedroom, and since all i watch is hulu or netflix, it's good but I don't know how to pause the show or use all the buttons on the remote. No instructions with the unit.

    To Best Buy .. thank you ! The tv is very good at a very good price . The person who took care of me ? Bless her ! I did not know what to believe and what not to believe. When I ask her a question the question in me was did she know as little about taking care of business issues than taking care of her own life ? It’s been a week since my purchase and I remember it well . Truly over weight, tattoos, the person didn’t appear professional in any way , so in the back of my mind I’m asking... is she faken it to make it ! May I also say it’s a shame we here in America are becoming this way ! Bless you ! Kerry l wolf

    I liked the price and easy setup but lost my apps after about a month. It won’t connect to my internet. I don’t have this problem with any of my other smart tvs
