    We bought this TV in Nov. 2019, and have so many issues with it. Ranging from it turning on all by itself to having to turn it off & restart it to get the volume to work. My biggest frustration is pausing a movie or a show to get a snack downstairs and come back to it playing because it unpaused itself!!!!

    I am so mad about this TV - Every morning when I turn it on it takes FOREVER for the TV remote to respond. It's impossible to change apps, go to settings, reconnect the wifi. It literally takes at least 10 min for me to be able to watch a show. Don't waste your time on this TV and buy a Samsung or Sony instead.

    Yearning for a TV with google TV built in I got this. Big mistake. The computer is too under powered to run google TV. I freezes all the time. I ended up replacing the OS with just a chromecast.

    This tv was a good tv for 2 months and decided to shut off on its own and freeze. I bought 2 and 1 is still working for now.

    Will never buy again. Freezes up and have to power off and back on. Sound goes out a bit. Hdmi ports go bad

    I’m very upset with this tv. It does turn off without anybody pressing anything. And when it’s off it does come on.

    Great entry level smart TV

    Android TV interface is very nice. The interactions are a bit slower than the experience using the Shield TV, probably because the hardware is not as good. Picture quality is very clear. Download speeds are pretty fast, although installation times did take longer than expected. The only thing that bothers me is that turning off the TV totally removes it from Google Home until you turn the TV back on again. This does not allow me to be able to turn the TV on using Google Home, which is what I would like to do. All in all a good TV for the price. Much better interface and better speed than another Roku TV I purchased of the same size.

    It’s a cheap TV it’s gonna give you HD quality (720p) but nothing more. It’s androidTV experience is pretty average. It advertises its google assistant but doesn’t come with the remote with mic so it’s useless but has plenty of apps except Hulu which cannot run because it is not up to date on software.

      Hisense USA apologizes about the experience you have had with your 32H5590F, and though a voice remote is not included in the package the unit is compatible with the Google Home app and Google Home Products. Please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 to get the TV software updated. . Hisense

    Simple to use as my cell phone. Apps work great and had little trouble setting up. I could not get it to connect to my 5 ghz network but works fine with 2.4 ghz. Picture is really good, and this TV is 1080p resolution, not 720p as advertised. At $79.99, how can you not like this TV?

    It's not. It is 1366x768, not 1920x1080. Feel a bit like I was duped into this, but partly my fault, as the specs do say 720p. With the above said, I like it better than the Roku. It has Bluetooth (haven't tested), as well as the ability to decode h.265. That saves a lot of transcoding power on my Emby server. I installed Kodi on the TV, and it works great.
