    but I found my Insignia tv sets I purchased to be a better product (55 and 50inch 4k roku tvs). Picture quality is very good, but the volume varies differently from channel to channel and app to app. Netflix can be perfect volume at the 8 setting, but live antenna tv will be blaring at the same volume setting. Not going to return the TV as it's still good, but it would have been excellent if there wasn't a volume issue.

    The TV was easy to navigate but the main issue was the volume. The first couple of uses when I tried to raise the volume it will go all the way up without trying, but over time it adjusted itself and now I love its, The four stars is only for that rough start. But other than that im no expert when it comes to quality, but I do enjoy this tv.

    This tv is well priced and easy to hook up. Very good picture and smartfeatures are easy to use. Would have given it 5 stars except for the volume control. Seems to get louder after it warms up. Then you have to readjust it

    The picture quality is very good and setup was easy. The volume tends to fluctuate when changing from Smart TV app to regular channels. Definitely worth it and would purchase again.

    I've been using this tv for a while now. Mostly I use it for Netflix and Amazon Prime, which are built into the tv. Great picture quality. Sound is really good. Only issue I have is occasionally the volume will start off too low, so I click it up, but then it gets really loud and I have to lower it again. Nothing major, just seems to be a bit of a glitch occasionally. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

    Hinsense 39 Smart TV

    Hinsense 39 Smart TV, 1080P is a Great TV and it has a Beautiful Picture quality, the sound is also good, but after having it only a month now I have noticed that on two occasions it has seemed to go up in volume and gotten louder out of no where with me even touching the remote or the volume on the TV. Hopefully this was just a little mishap and it won't happen again. Other then that I Love the TV.

    Nice tv for being and inexpensive smart Tv. Only issue I have is that the volume can be temperamental... and it Can be loud when on the satellite input, but very quiet on the Streaming box port.

    This smart tv has all the features one would expect and works quite well. The only minor complaint I have is that I sometimes have to play with the volume a bit to adjust it up to where I prefer it, but otherwise it is great.

    From the time it came out of the box, this TV had a fatal flaw. The volume turns up on its own, without my touching the remote! Called geeks, and several calls to Hisense, who then sent a repairman who replaced the entire board (no effect on problem); also tried getting all the cable stuff replaced (still no effect). So it went back to the store. I will say that Hisense customer service was surprisingly attentive through it all. They just had no idea what was wrong with this TV.

    Volume doesn't stay , it increases. A white glow appears on dark screen images about the middle top. The very first week I noticed it.

    The TV was a gift for my kids room and at first all was good! The TV worked fine, except for the volume.. it had a lag. You turn it up to 5 but it would take some time to get loud.. no biggy though! After some months of barely using the TV.. my son started watching it a bit more and to our surprise, the TV just freezes and makes a loud beep! You can't turn it off, can't lower the volume, nothing! You must unplug it for it to turn off and try again.. this happens randomly and scares my kid.. very disappointing! This happens over and over, it's nuts!

    The only issue we have had with the TV is that the volume doesn't go up until you turn it high up then it gets really loud and then you can turn it back down to the correct volume

    I have a problem I turn the tv on volume is low 1/2 later it’s blasting I need a receipt it’s under warranty still. It’s a hisense tv

    Nice TV for the price, one of the few in this category and price range that actually has a component input. Picture is really good, but takes lots of tweaking with "ECO Mode" enabled by default it makes the picture quite dark. A quick change to increase the Minimum Backlight level fixed that in a hurry, note that it is unique for each input (nice, actually because you can disable it for say a game console). The sound is what frustrated me for a while, the volume seemed to just change randomly all the time, almost enough to make me take it back after a few hours... Took me a while of playing to figure out that in the full Sound Settings menu there is a section called DBX TV Audio Enhancements, and in that menu there is an option called "Total Volume" with options of Off, Normal, and NIght. If you having varying volumes all the time, change this to Off and everything will be right in the world in again. As far as the "Smart TV" portion, it's OK, but very laggy... I kept my Roku stick connected because it was so laggy, but I didn't really care that this TV had Smart functions or not. There is also no way in Pluto TV to register this device to your account, so you can't get the "extra" channels. Again, I didn't get his because of the Smart TV features, I really don't care if they work or not. Overall, for a Roku stick, Xbox 360, Blu-Ray player, and a Rasberry Pi display, it works great. For the money, you can't really go wrong.
