Easy setup. Clear picture quality. Volume does fluctuate. Straight forward remote control and menu operation.

but I found my Insignia tv sets I purchased to be a better product (55 and 50inch 4k roku tvs). Picture quality is very good, but the volume varies differently from channel to channel and app to app. Netflix can be perfect volume at the 8 setting, but live antenna tv will be blaring at the same volume setting. Not going to return the TV as it's still good, but it would have been excellent if there wasn't a volume issue.

great sound& pic nice looking easy set up very light weight

I was looking for a smaller tv to mount on a wall of a small apartment and this fit all my criteria. I was a little nervous about buying a brand I didn't know but for the price I could not buy it.

There are other smart TV's that are the same size that are double the price with the same picture and functionality. Great TV and very easy to set up.

This TV is far better than I expected. I chose it as it was one of the only 39" TV"s that fit in the built-in cabinet in my home office and my only other choice was to drop down to a 32". Expectations at this price pint weren't very high, but the TV is awesome - great picture and works as advertised. I have external speakers, so no real audio comments. My only slight negative is that it takes a while to start-up - had to put a delay in my Harmony remote to give it enough time to startup before setting the Input. Not a big deal and all in all this TV is far better than the price point would suggest.

I was looking for a cheap set just to replace a 32” TV that wouldn’t turn on any more. This 39”was perfect and still fit on the same space left by the old one. The biggest surprise with this Hisense was the quality of the picture right out of the box, usually, most brands take some time and patience to get a good picture, but not this one. I could not beleive a 39” TV, for $200, would have such a great picture quality with just a few adjustments. Sound is good enough for a little bedroom and the apps it has are just ok.

Good TV, great sound for the price, was looking for a TV at short notice and this worked great for my price range.

For the price this television was well worth it. Love the easy access to Netflix and the great picture

The TV was easy to navigate but the main issue was the volume. The first couple of uses when I tried to raise the volume it will go all the way up without trying, but over time it adjusted itself and now I love its, The four stars is only for that rough start. But other than that im no expert when it comes to quality, but I do enjoy this tv.

We use this in the sunroom as our second TV. The sound is a little funky as you turn it up one notch and it is screaming loud. Doewn one and it is too quiet. Picture quality is good.

This tv is well priced and easy to hook up. Very good picture and smartfeatures are easy to use. Would have given it 5 stars except for the volume control. Seems to get louder after it warms up. Then you have to readjust it

I have enjoyed my purchase. The sound tends to go up and down on its own a little, but other than that, the picture is clear, great size great price. I mostly use Netflix and Pandora. I love the option to use audio only I set Pandora and turn off the screen and have a giant sound machine at night. I wish I could use HULU with this system as well, and AnyCast is either not working or too complicated, as I have no way of casting from my phone to the TV. Maybe it just does not work with Apple phones.

We purchased for our office and considering the price we paid, this was a good deal. We usually buy high end TVs but this will have very little use. In store, we felt the picture was very good.

I bought this tv because I was tired of my husband taking over the den tv with his stupid shows he likes. I love the minuscule frame, the picture is fantastic, colors are rich. My only issue is when you first turn on the tv, the sound isn't as loud as it was, so I bump it up, and then after a few minutes, it suddenly gets really loud and I have to turn it back down. Not a deal breaker, just something to get used to.

I've been using this tv for a while now. Mostly I use it for Netflix and Amazon Prime, which are built into the tv. Great picture quality. Sound is really good. Only issue I have is occasionally the volume will start off too low, so I click it up, but then it gets really loud and I have to lower it again. Nothing major, just seems to be a bit of a glitch occasionally. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

Easy to setup, easy wifi connection, and components easy to add.

This is a great tv! Not as seamless as some other brands, like Samsung, but I got used to it very quickly and now I love it.

This is a great product for the price. Thinking of buying a 50in for my office.
