    [Employee of bestbuy] Honestly its what you get for the money. The worst parts are the remote and the smart tv it uses. Doesnt have apps like Spotify and hulu

    It freezes from time to time. Whenever im watching something i randomly get a notification on my screen that the tv reached its maximum storage even though it’s new.

    Can’t add ESPN app and others. It’s a weird set up that is different that most smart tvs. When you turn on, it keeps going to the input screen and I have to change. Very frustrating!!!

    You get what you pay for, Initially it worked fine then it would no longer see any wifi links and we have like 20 of them around. Returning to store to get one with an ethernet port.

    The tv glitched within days of purchasing and best buy wants to take it back and resale it! Not a good product and want have nothing to do with it afaon

    There is nothing smart about this tv. Absolutely nothing. Also a person with any kind of handicap issues could not use a remote that you have hold up and sideways to work.
