Won't be buying this brand again

Remote response is super slow, settings like sleep timer are deep in menus which combined with the remote is torture. It works as a display just fine.

I want to like it but…

I bought an excellent condition open box item and it was sent without a remote and without the screws for the legs. So now im forced to buy a new remote and screws just to set up the tv. How can you sell something as excellent condition if it’s missing key items? Someone was sleeping on that return.

This TV is trash. I do not recommend it. I hate it. It is the worse TV I have ever had in 65 years.
