I was terrribly disappointed and will need to purchase a streaming divice so we may continue to watch the HGTV, BRAVO, History channels etc. live.

Lagged so much, it would get stuck on the apps like paramount and netflix. And it literally is so limited. If you can get a fire stick do it, but the OS on this is terrible. Then it would randomly get stuck and to restart it was a so aggravating. Literally had to return it. If youre purchasing for broadcasting tv, youre ok, but if youre like me and dont broadcast tv like me and dont have a service provider, look for a different tv.

The sound quality is not great and sounds cheap almost like a blown out speaker even after messing with the sound equalizer. I have to unplug the tv a few times a week because it doesn’t work sometimes.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would not let me change the picture size it’s stuck on wide screen the option to change picture size is grayed out so now I have to watch all my shows with the black strip above and below the movie I called Hisense and they were rude with me acted like I didn’t know how to go to settings and fix it also it timed out said not enough storage space when I was watching a movie but yet it won’t let me delete apps on the app menu would of been a great tv if not those things the sound is great and the color of the picture is great but 1 star
