    The warranty doesn’t replace

    The TV was excellent, I purchased the warranty on it thinking if anything happened to it they would replace it, but my son broke it by accident and they wouldn’t replace it. It was money wasted. My son has no tv. Thanks Best Buy.

    They just randomly stop working on live tv via cable. The replacement is now just not coming on without unplugging it and plugging it back in. The support at the manufacturer is a joke too.

    I hate this TV, it’s old and it won’t even let me link my phone to this TV, so even if I could t get an app on this TV I can not connect it through Bluetooth neither.

    Absolutely trash no hulu no hbo max shouldn't have to buy a fire stick just to use the apps I want when that's why I bought a smart tv

    Didn’t come with screws for stand. Tv keeps tilting falling over. Picture and quality is fine but the legs it comes on are terrible.

    This TV is junk do not buy. The screen freezes and speech sound lags, video quality is good but it doesn't matter if the tv is junk.
