How does a smart tv not work with Hulu and others?

I guess it is my fault for not verifying it but really, who would knowingly buy a smart tv that doesn't work with three of the most common apps? So now I have to take it down, pack it up, and return it. Under this review will be Hisense with a generic response about how it might someday be available.

Dis- Couraged

However, in fact the stand width is more like 32". The company should look into adding multiple stand widths. It seems like there is a lot of dead space under the TV.

Not a real smart tv

Terrible

TV would sometimes connect to streaming services but most of the time would only search for antenna/cable channels when neither was connected and those inputs were not chosen. Only works with the addition of a fire stick.
