It has a great picture and is a great value. I would use another smart TV item like a Firestick, Roku, etc.

Yes, it is true, there is no Hulu apps. The workaround is to use web browser that came with this TV, go to Hulu.com and log-in. Also wifi is only 2.4G, no 5G, so it will be slow for Netflix, AmazonPrime, it will reduce pic qual. Since it's only 2.4G, screen mirror is also slow. Good thing is it uses Windows screen-mirror, no ChromeCast, no Apple AirPlay. Windows screen-mirror is compatible with more devices. Default pic quality is washed out, so brightness needs to be adjusted lower. TV tuner is above average. Remote has numbers that can be used for direct OTA TV channels, which Roku nor Google TV do not have. Normal mp4 videos work fine with USB, not tested with MKV files nor 4K video files.

What can I do to return the tv to the original state. Don't know what was in the upgrade but it needs to be fixed. Anyone with any ideas on how to fix this. Frustrated

Memory error pops up on any apps I use now and only had it a little over a month. Also does not include Hulu download

Awesome TV for the price tag

The sound can sometimes sound less crisp when watching certain things through Youtube or other apps, but besides that I have no complaints for this product.
