I was hesitant at first about this tv as I've only ever had Samsung's, but Hisense gives them a run for their money. Picture quality is great and I love that the remote has a Netflix button! Easy to set up as well.

Instead, it was an Element brand. I was very upset but was able to return it and was given the original tv I ordered.

If you are more acclimated to other smart TV systems, you can simply purchase a streaming device and connect it to this TV via HDMI. Our VIDAA TV's are bringing on new apps every month which will always be available automatically in the home screen/launcher and app store without you needing to update the software.
