I turned it off like a responsible adult does before falling to sleep. I came home the next day after a stressful day of work! Gave my sick dog a bath & the moment I finally had time for myself, I go to turn my tv on, and it would not turn on!! After 5 troubleshooting attempts, I just broke down into tears. If the day wasn’t already bad, the tv made it worst. The sensor light on the tv just blinks red. After doing research, apparently something on the inside potentially blew out. But I just don’t understand how. It was just working perfectly. I am highly disappointed. The timing couldn’t have been any worst. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

So far they are great tvs the only issue is that they are missing ethernet ports for direct internet hook up vs. Using wifi. Not a major deal breaker if that doesn't bother you. It does not have Hulu as an app to pick but Otherwise clarity is good.

Problem was that you can’t download apps that aren’t already on it. At least I couldn’t figure out how. Took it back and spent a little more to get what I wanted. Doesn’t offer Hulu so avoid it if you want that.

Didn’t work with our cable streaming app

We didn’t keep it.

It’s doesn’t have access to Hulu, sling, or a lot of the basic applications for a smart tv which is the most annoying part we have to watch other TVs to access certain content. The sound is also low quality
