Other than this tv platform missed a major streaming company and that is HBO max. I have to therefore have a Roku hooked to my SMART tv in order to watch HBO.

However, I started watching from the installed apps and it was just fine (for a very inexpensive TV). I suppose the VIDAA OS is the same across all resolutions so it's just terrible resolution-wise. So, if you can live with the initial startup, menus, etc. being blurry and washed out but the viewing of connected devices and installed apps being acceptable then go for it. I kept it.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This thing is awful. definitely not a smart tv. does not have access to hulu, hbo max, or any sports apps. you can turn off motion smoothing for the TV, but it seems VIDAA has its own resampling that you can't turn off. i.e. everything looks like a soap opera if streamed from an app off the TV's OS. Ok to cheap build quality. the slots on screws for the legs basically stripped on me. Overall, the picture is pretty decent and it sounds fine, but I would just get literally any other TV because you're gonna need a roku or something for this anyway.
