    Great tv but you can’t download apps. It only lets you use these no name apps and Netflix

    It is an average TV but for the price I think is fair. Sometimes it is getting frozen and doesnnot respond.

    Needed a new tv for the guest room and I couldn't have done better. While not 4K, the screen is really sharp and the sound is decent, given the room size. This really was a "best buy".

    I like the TV but I had to buy a Fire stick to be able to download Hulu because it wasn't an option to download.

    The tv didn’t have good picture as well as sound. Picture look grainy and had white grey shadows. The sound quality is not the greatest. The tv does have wifi and consideration preloaded apps. Not sure how to download new apps. The interface is similar to Samsung / fire tv interface. Connects to wifi. Wish it had better quality video and audio.

    I’ve been having glitches going on where the TV will start up Netflix and buffer until I have to disconnect the tv and start it up again. I use Hulu a lot and i come to find out that’s the only app I don’t have here and I can’t seem to get the screen mirror to work or content sharing. The issue I have the most is the tv buffering. If this was resolved then I’d give it more stars.

    Excellent television. As a matter of fact, t5 out of 5 televisions in my home are is exact television. No problems with the television ever, and the oldest one is 4-5 years old.

    Absolutely Horrible Customer Service on Both Sides by BEST BUY and HISENSE!! We bought this tv for our college age son and left it in the box to keep it safe to transfer back to college. Took it brand new out of the box, never opened, never touched, no damage to the box at all and the entire tv screen was cracked and the tv didn't work. Obviously it was packaged that way. Called Best Buy and they said it was Hisense responsibility to replace it, Called Hisense they said it was Best Buy that needed to replace it. So basically pointing fingers in the other direction and we are left with no tv! Absolute horrible customer service on both sides!! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY EVER AGAIN!!!!

    I had it about a month it it stopped working. No reason that I am aware of - wasn't hit, dropped, or jostled. No on/off button, but I tried changing batteries on the remote, verified the outlet was good. Before that, it was decent, but there are some streaming apps you can't get on it - like Hulu and Showtime.

    I didn’t like the quality of this tv. I returned it and replaced it for a Vizio. However it is cost effective

    Got for my dad and he's very happy with it and the pre-set buttons for apps makes it easier for him to get into other channels and the price was rigth. Well worth the price!!!!!
