The remote is slow to respond or doesn’t work at all. The sound is uneven for example background noise or music is loud while the dialogue is low, very frustrating. There’s constant connection errors with the WiFi. I own another Hisense Roku tv and have no issues with it, but this Hisense Android tv has been a complete disappointment.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. This does the job. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the plastic around the screen is flimsy. To be expected at this price point, though.
