Unfortunately this tv runs incredibly slow. And it’s not WiFi related. I’ve tried resetting this model multiple times, and removed applications from the Home Screen. It will still stall when scrolling through, and sometimes it will freeze on a frame during a show and I’ll have to restart the tv.

I find it odd that it was made two weeks before it was no longer being sold. I love it and its size. The hdmi setup required some tweeking with their input channel button to add game console, but rest worked well.
The support people were good.

I got this tv after I cracked the screen on our Smart Samsung. After only having it for 5 months we GAVE UP ON THIS TV! Maybe we got a lemon, but the delays were awful - turning on, changing channels, turning off....even the volume. It would literally take 5-10 seconds for the tv to register what we were trying to do. At times the tv would skip to another station on its own! Very frustrating. I'll stick with the Samsung or LG brand in the future (actually we were fortunate that my mother-in-law gave us her NONSmart LG since she upgraded her tv - plugged a Roku in the LG & we're back in business - no more frustrations). Our kids have asked for this tv in their bedroom but seeing as they are relatively impatient, I don't think it's worth the complaining they'll do!

Buy a Better TV

This TV worked good... at the beginning. I bought this TV for my bedroom to fall asleep to. It worked better than me previous TV. My previous TV used a proprietary OS, couldn't download some streaming services, and would turn off randomly. After about 9 months this one stopped being reliable. Sometimes it will just turn off on its own just like my last TV. Other times it will just close the program while I'm watching something.
I was hoping this TV would be better and last compared to my last TV. A friend has a Hisense TV and has had no issues so I thought I would give it a try. But, I got what I paid for.
I have already tried restarting the TV, unplugging it for 5 minutes to clear the residual memory, resetting to factory, uninstalling and reinstalling the streaming programs, logging off and back on to the streaming programs, updating everything possible, using WiFi, and using Ethernet. Alas, all of it to no avail. The only thing left is to change to a different TV from a reliable brand.

The Bluetooth connectivity is why I got this and it hasn't disappointed. Now that I’m able to connect my Bluetooth sound bar to my TV, I no longer have to worry about whether or not I can hear my adult videos at a decent level.
