    Easy to install and set up. But a far as picture, it’s not much better than my old 760hz tv. A pretty good value for the price paid though.

    I would not recommend this "Smart" TV for anyone that is looking for easy, no worrying Smart TV capabilities. Ever since I bought this TV, it has never allowed me to access the Internet in my home. I have tried 4 different Wi-Fi connections and 1 Ethernet connection, all in my home, and I can never gain Internet access to watch the streaming services/apps. The Wi-Fi and Ethernet, it says on the TV, do successfully connect to the TV, but it also that it doesn't have Internet access. The message I continue to receive says: "No Internet Access". But, everything else in my home that needs the Internet connects to my home's Wi-Fi with ease. Including, 2 Smart TVs (That are not made by Hisense, thankfully) are able to access and use their streaming services/apps with no issues. Also, the HDMI slots in the back of the "Smart" TV are too close together and makes it unable to fit an HDMI plug in both slots at the same time, which just shows you the poor quality with Hisense products are made. I have an Amazon Fire TV stick and an HDMI cord to the cable box for my cable TV service, and I have to go behind the TV to unplug one so that I'm just able to use the other.

    Works really gd till four months in now apps crash while watching shows tried clearing cookies Nd cache but still having issue

    Dont buy this TV. It is slow, won't pickup cable channels, black screen for a long time when turning on and in between ANY platform, like sling or prime video. Its hesitant to switch inputs, and I dont try anymore because it screws everything up. Im sorry I bought it. It's a big paperweight.

    Works well enough, have had some issues with the audio had to connect to my echo in order to get decent sound.

    This tv sucks! Bought it for my daughters bedroom and it’s extremely slow and doesn’t load half of the time. I wish I could return it to Best Buy but they told me it’s been over 30 days! I do not recommend this tv
