Pay a little more for a reliable smart TV

Unfortunately, I didn't attempt to watch anything on Prime until after the return window for the TV. I have already spoken to both Hisense customer service and Amazon Prime Video customer service numerous times and tried all of the options for clearing, updating, reverting to factory settings, etc. None of them have worked, and I'm just told, "Oh well, that should have worked." Basically, I'll have to buy a new TV or a streaming media player to watch Prime Video on this supposed smart TV, and I really don't want another device with another remote. That's the point of buying a smart TV. Other things about the TV are slow or glitchy but kind of within what you'd expect to live with for $200. I would expect, however, to be able to use an app that comes pre-loaded on the TV and has a button on the remote.

Not so smart Android TV

One has to uninstall the web browser and hope to find one that is compatible with the video format of this not so smart android TV. I would not buy this again or recommend it to anyone.

A piece of crap!

Took it to store for replacement and got one that worked. Came home to mount and realized it only has 2 hdmi jacks. This was for my autistic son who wants to be able to flip from satellite TV (we live on top of a mtn), a video game console and his computer. We are working through teaching him how to shift between the games and computers. Now one jack gets so hot that it stops the cables from working. A piece of junk. I will have to get him another one soon. Inexpensive and Cheaply built. You get what you pay for I guess.

Very Cheap

Freezes a lot!

WiFi is weak not a good product

Every other device in my house including a sewing machine that is wireless connects to the internet in my house with no issues. This tv has such a weak signal that in order to stream anything I have to hook up my Xbox which kinda defeats the purpose of a smart tv. Very disappointed in this product. Would not recommend.

Remote issues

Let the Buyer BEWARE!

Had to return after a couple if weeks when the TV decided to be B/W rather than color. There's other reviews of problems so I am guessing this brand is not reliable. It was a hassel to return and get another brand. We got a TCL. We would have liked a Samsung but it was 1/2" too wide. Jope the TCL lasts a bit longer. Let the buyer beware.

Unhappy

I have tried calling hisense sorry and they said they would send out a tech person but this has been over a week ago.

Hdmi works fine but any type of casting or app usage will freeze the tv. Be ready to unplug it to reset the os constantly.

Cheap, fragile, poor quality

Mount could not hold the tv. I caught it as it tilted forward and although there was no visible damage, the screen was shattered. Entire waste of every penny. Do not buy.

Swooped out 40in for 41in
