    the USB port does not work and I bought two and both came out the same .... I used 3 different brands and only one captured it but did not reproduce anything

    The specifications state the VESA Wall Mount Standard as 200mm x 100mm. In fact it should read 100mm x 200mm. I spent an hour online looking for a wall swivel mount that had VESA standard of 100 x 200 and finial ended up making an attachment to the main plate that screws into the TV.

    My husband bought this tv for us last year and since then it’s ok. Turns on and off by itself. Take forever to let me click anything, if it even lets me. It legs. Works when it wants to.

    Audio synch issue

    I took delivery on August 20 and finally got the stand (not from Best Buy) and got the tv up and running a few days ago. From the very beginning, the audio on Channel 5 (and a couple of others) has been out of synch. I've tried every combination of audio on the tv and the DVR that feeds it. I've gone to Spectrum and gotten a different DVR and HDMI cable, thinking maybe they were the issue, but the problem is still there. I'm at my wit's end trying to fix it. At this point, I'm ready to just chuck it and take a loss on it. It's driving me a bit nutty.

    Bought this tv at the end of January, cant down load spectrum app, grand kids lost remote and now with the universal remote, i have to turn tv off for about 5 minutes then turn it back on to get to the home page. And just now i had to unplug the tv to reset it because the on/off button on the tv wouldnt even turn it off. Save your money and buy something else.
