    Tv is a total piece of junk it freezes and pauses all the time. It slows down all of the devices in my home the sound is horrible it sounds like the speakers blew out on it. It seems like it was used and returned and was being sold as new and now I'm stuck with it because i don't have the box but i have the receipt because the cashier said he would need the box so he could resell it again. First and last time. I do business with best buy.

    Cheap for a reason

    The picture quality isn’t very good. The apps lag. The tv disconnects from casting often. Overall not a good product

    Don't lose the remote!

    Don't lose your remote!! This TV will only turn on. Everything else is controlled by the remote. When trying to order a new remote, it is on "back order." Upon checking on order, a new "in stock" date is given! Customer service is a waste of time!!!

    Absolute garbage TV. Horrible picture quality, oversaturated picture, terrible speakers, incredibly laggy and underpowered, wifi range is terrible and remote batteries last a couple weeks before needing to be replaced.

    Worst tv ive ever had. Slow reaction to the remote. Voice remote doesnt work. Blue tooth devices dont stay paired. There is no spund modulation. Its either too quiet or too loud. I hate it.

    dont buy it had tv for 2 years after i bought the extend warrantly it breaks 2 weeks after the warrnty was up spend a little more money worth it in the long run tv wont even power up
