Speakers are fine for aTV of this size. Too early to tell about durability. Could give it another star if it proves to be durable.

Otherwise set up was a breeze. May be a good TV but you take chances. Returned and bought a more expensive TV from a known brand. Happy with the replacement.

The picture quality is abysmal - very dark, no contrast, light bleed everywhere. Just the absolute worst TV picture quality I have ever seen. Even worse than super cheap portable monitors. It was my first ever experience with Hisense, and it was a bad one. Do not buy.

I purchased this tv for its UHD 4K feature and the ability to download the DirecTV app. The demo mode in the store showed sharp, clear pictures. However, out of the box, the tv comes in "economy" mode, which dumbs down the picture. I had to search the internet on how to change the settings to a vivid mode. Why ship a tv in a poor quality mode when the ads tout UHD 4K? But even when trying several vivid or director's modes, the tv never matches the sharpness or vividness from the store demo mode. In addition, even though a factory rep answered a question by saying you can download the Comcast & DirecTV aps to the tv, this is incorrect. These aps cannot be cannot be downloaded to this tv.
