Great TV for PC monitor

Fist off the TV is a solid 4 stars. I looked at one in store, but none were in stock. So my mistake was being dumb enough to order a large fragile item to come via a careless shipping company, they already got thier money. Why care about tye dafe handling of customers items? This TV arrived so badly broken, that it was insane! Not just one small area the entire screen is destroyed. The low stars are for the atrocious customer service at Best Buy. I told them a 1000 times I am unable to ship from home, yet I'm interrupted just print shipping label... When I finally said I'll just go back to the store with it. She proceeded to tell me they don't have any here, that I either have to drive 150 miles, to 200 miles to the next closest stores nearby. SERIOUSLY, I don't seem to recall how this is my fault, or responsibility!!! I proceeded to tell them I will handle it on my own. TLDR: Be wary ordering large TV's to be shipped, and of bad customer service after the inevitable. The TV is of decent enough quality, when it's not been put through a wood chipper!
